Our Thailand Rental Home

 Our Home

Before I moved to Thailand, I searched other blogs to see what their homes looked like. I was so curious but I never came across any posts about their home or the prices of the rentals. So here is a little info about my house for the curious ones like me.

My house is 10,000 Thai Baht a month. That is about 300 American Dollars.  It is in a newer neighborhood which they are still building. I believe the house I am in is one of the first homes that was built in the neighborhood. It has 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. They do not have bathtubs, just showers with a water heater on the wall. The kitchen is separate with its own door. Its not much of a kitchen though. It has a small fridge, a sink and a small counter, and a few cupboards. The dining area and the living room is connected in an open floor plan, this is the main living area right when you walk in. We purchased a washer which is outside in the back off the kitchen and we hang our clothes on the line in the backyard. At first, I really didn't like it but I really got used to it and its not so bad. I really love the gate and walls around the outside of the house. It keeps the stray animals out.

This is the living room/dining room. Behind me is the couch and the TV with entertainment center.

Our bedrooms. The third bedroom is used for storage and our suitcases.

My kitchen. This is the door to the outside where the washing machine is.

I hope you enjoyed the post and found it informational. Message me if you have any questions as I would love to answer them.
